Long lasting water and oil-repellent, soiling and graffiti protection for high traffic areas and slightly porous natural stones and concrete.

ProtectGuard® Heavy Duty is a long lasting protective clear treatment designed for low porous floors and walls in : concrete, travertine, synthetic
stone, granite, non polished and non cristallized marble, exposed to heavy use and frequent traffic.

Odourless and clear, it is abrasion resistant and non film forming. Once applied, it remains invisible and does not change the original appearance. It allows air and moisture to pass through, helping maintain the natural behaviour of the treated area.

Effective for more than 10 years, floors and walls stay cleaner for longer and become easier to maintain, even in demanding environments such as walkways, terraces, staircase or work stations.

ProtectGuard HD is completely colourless after application, it does not change the appearance or the nature of the treated material. It is also is fully UV ray resistant and does not yellow over time.

Surface preparation :

Apply the product to a clean, dust-free, grease-free and dry surface.

To remove stains and traces of pollution, use Guard Wash® or Guard Wash® Express.

To remove grease stains, use Net'Guard® Ultra 4 in 1.

To remove traces of efflorescence, laitance or grout film, use Guard Remover® Eco Efflorescence & Cement.

Rinse carefully until the surface is free of any trace of cleaner.

Application :

Use the product in its pure form: do not dilute it.
Shake the packaging well before use and carry out a preliminary test.
The material must be impregnated up to saturation in a single coat or two coats”wet on wet”.
Do not overload the material, remove any excess before drying.
On vertical materials, apply from bottom to top
Protected drying: 24 hours.
Optimal efficiency reached after 7 days.
