ProtectGuard Color Anti-Graffiti – Sealer for Concrete Walls – Permanent Protection, Water-Based, Non-Film Forming, Coloured Finish

Impregnating coloured concrete stain, water and oil-repellent + permanent anti-graffiti. Standard or High Jewellery shades. Stops paint and ink from soaking in.

ProtectGuard^® Color AntiGraffiti, one product, non film forming, two functions:

1. Water/oil repellent and permanent protection against graffiti
Long-lasting protection against soiling, stains of all types, atmospheric pollution, grease marks, ingress, etc.
Permanent protection against graffiti. It can resist several dozen cleans (using Guard Remover Graffiti^® 2010 cleaner) and does not need to be reapplied after graffiti is removed.

2. Pigmented stain
Semi-transparent product which respects the mineral properties of stone, concrete. ProtectGuard^®Color AntiGraffiti is available in 42 standard shades or 32 High Jewellery shades, with many original effects. We are able to create any opacity and custom-made colour.

It provides colour and protection while preserving the natural appearance and original characteristics. Its water-based, impregnating formula penetrates into the concrete instead of creating a surface layer.

It forms long-lasting protection that prevents paint, markers and dirt from penetrating. Graffiti can be removed multiple times without damaging the treatment, avoiding the need for reapplication after each cleaning.

It also repels water, oil and pollution, helping reduce dark marks, grease stains and water ingress while keeping surfaces cleaner for longer.

Surface preparation :

Apply the product to a clean, dust-free, grease-free and dry surface.

To remove traces of efflorescence, laitance or grout film, use Guard Cleaner® Surface Preparation.

To remove grease stains, use Guard Cleaner® Maintenance.

Rinse carefully until the surface is free of any trace of cleaner.

Apply Primer Guard® first to facilitate adherence. Wait for at least 4 hours and a maximum of 48 hours before applying ProtectGuard® Color AntiGraffiti. For further information, refer to the primer data sheet.

Application :

Mix well part A (base) with an electric agitator before use in order to obtain a homogeneous liquid.
Add part B (hardener) to part A (base) without stirring. Stir carefully using an electric mixer for at least 5 min. Leave it to stand for half an hour then re-homogenise using an electric mixer before application.
The prepared mixing can then be used for 4 hours at an ambient temperature of below 20°C.

Application of the first coat, in two layers:

In the event of extreme heat: The first coat can be diluted with 10% fresh water (potable). Mix well together.
Apply the product to the material already treated with primer.
Let it dry for an hour (at a temperature of 20°C).

Application of the second, in two layers:

For better control and full control of the rendering, it is recommended to apply the second coat using a HVLP type sprayer.
Protected drying: 24 hours.
Optimum efficiency reached after 5 to 7 days.
