ImperGuard® Plant-Based is a high-performance waterproofing treatment designed for porous facades and roofs exposed to moisture, weather and environmental stress.
Its deep-penetrating impregnation technology protects materials against water infiltration, erosion and damage caused by freeze-thaw cycles, while limiting the development of moss and lichen. It helps preserve the structure of the material and maintain its appearance over time.
Suitable for a wide range of porous mineral surfaces including stone, concrete, render, brick and terracotta, it provides long-lasting protection in outdoor environments.
The formulation penetrates without forming a surface film, allowing the material to remain breathable and permeable to air and water vapour. Colourless after application, it does not alter the original appearance and is fully UV-resistant, preventing yellowing over time.
Its plant-based technology derived from renewable raw materials such as soya, castor, has been designed deliver stronger water-repellent performance and durable protection in demanding outdoor conditions.

Surface preparation :

1Apply the product to a clean, dust-free, grease-free and dry surface.

2To remove stains and traces of pollution, use Guard Wash® Express.

3To remove grease stains, use Guard Cleaner® Degreaser Plant-Based Formula.

4To remove traces of efflorescence, laitance or grout film, use Guard Remover® Efflorescence & Cement Plant-Based Formula.

5Rinse carefully until the surface is free of any trace of cleaner.
Application :
- Use the product in its pure form: do not dilute it.
- Shake the packaging well before use and perform a preliminary test to check that the product has correctly penetrated and the appearance after drying.
- The material must be impregnated up to saturation in a single homogeneous coat. On very porous materials, apply the product in two coats with an interval of 15 minutes.
- Always apply from bottom to top.
- Do not overload the material, apply in a thin layer
- Protected drying: 24 hours.
- Optimum efficiency reached after 2 to 3 days.
