ProtectGuard® Special Concrete is a long-lasting protective sealer designed to protect concrete in both new and renovated areas exposed to heavy use, weather and urban pollution.

It provides strong protection against water, oil, stains and graffiti. This helps prevent marks caused by rain, grease, dirt and paint, while keeping the appearance clean over time.

The formula is non-film forming and allows the concrete to breathe. Once applied, it becomes invisible and does not change the original colour or appearance.

It offers durable resistance to UV exposure and wear, helping reduce the effects of ageing caused by weather, daily traffic and cleaning operations.

It is suitable for indoor and outdoor use on floors and walls exposed to regular use and environmental stress.

In many cases, graffiti can be removed multiple times without reducing the effectiveness of the protection, making maintenance easier and less frequent.

Surface preparation :

  • 1
    Apply the product to a clean, dust-free, grease-free and dry surface.
  • 2
    To remove traces of efflorescence, laitance or grout film, use Guard Cleaner® Surface Preparation.
  • 3
    To remove grease stains, use Guard Cleaner® Maintenance.
  • 4
    Rinse carefully until the surface is free of any trace of cleaner.

Application :

  • Use the product in its pure form: do not dilute it.
  • Shake the packaging well before use and carry out a preliminary test.
  • The concrete must be impregnated up to saturation in a single coat or two coats”wet on wet”.
  • Do not overload the material, remove any excess before drying.
  • On vertical materials, apply from bottom to top
  • Protected drying: 24 hours.
  • Optimal efficiency reached after 7 days.
