GTS Guard Tech Shine restores faded plastics and painted parts exposed to tough construction and precast conditions. It brings back the original colour and adds a clean, even shine, helping equipment look maintained and professional again.

Once applied, it reduces the adhesion of concrete, mortar and coatings. Splashes stick less, which keeps equipment cleaner during use and makes end-of-day washing much faster and easier.

GTS is ideal for equipment frequently exposed to concrete build-up, such as concrete pumps, precast machinery, hoppers, chutes, gutters and transport equipment. It is also perfectly suited for rails, runners, protective panels, flaps, metal casings (inner faces) and wooden formwork.

Used daily on construction sites, it helps limit wear caused by repeated cleaning and aggressive residues. Treated parts keep their appearance longer, even under weather exposure and intensive use.

The application is simple and fast: apply a thin layer, let it act, then wipe. The result is immediate — revived colour, visible shine, and equipment that stays cleaner for longer.

Surface preparation :

    Apply the product to a clean, dry surface free of dust and grease
  • 2
    In case of use of a cleaner, rinse thoroughly until the surface is free from any trace of cleaning product and completely dry.

Application :

Shake the package thoroughly before use and use the pure product: do not dilute or mix with another product.

STEP 1: APPLY

•Apply in one thin and regularlayer.
• Do not overload the support; all of the product must penetrate the surface.

STEP 2: WIPE

•After 10 minutes, the treated material must be wiped off and polished with a lint-free microfibre cloth.

• Drying protected: 24 hours.

    Application: Microfibre cloth, low-pressure atomised with Viton joint 2 bars pressure, short-nap roller or brush for acrylic varnish. Wiping: Microfibre cloth.
