Guard Tech Protection^® Mineral is a non-stick protective agent designed to prevent concrete, mortar, bitumen from sticking to equipment used in ready-mix concrete production.

It forms a protective layer on mixers, trucks, moulds and tools, stopping fresh concrete from building up on surfaces. As a result, deposits can be easily removed using a water jet or high-pressure cleaner, saving time and reducing manual cleaning.

The product also works on existing build-up. Hardened layers of concrete or mortar are softened, making them easier to remove with a scraper or pressure washing. This helps maintain equipment in better condition and extends its service life.

In addition, Guard Tech Protection Mineral lubricates removable parts, improving operation and reducing wear during use.

Suitable for daily use in concrete plants and on construction sites, it helps reduce downtime, simplify maintenance and keep equipment cleaner for longer.

Application :

It is essential to carry out preliminary tests.
Use the product in its pure state: do not dilute or mix with other products.
Shake the can well before use.
The support must be perfectly clean and dry.
Apply the product evenly.
Repeat the operation after each complete washing with high pressure.
