GT® VG Max
Permanent anti-corrosion protection agent with beading effect for building equipment
GT® VG Max is a biosourced product derived from biomass. It has been formulated on the basis of ingredients of plant origin (corn, beet, tree resin). The use of vegetable molecules represents an eco-responsible alternative to fossil resources that are harmful to the environment. GT® VG Max is a permanent protector of metal surfaces and equipment intended for long storage or transport in an aggressive environment. GT® VG Max provides rust protection for all raw or machined metals stored indoors or outdoors. After drying, it forms a tough 25 μm film that protects against moisture while maintaining the original condition. The duration of protection is increased by the application of overlapping layers, it can then reach 6 months

Application :
- It is essential to carry out preliminary tests.
- Use the product in its pure state: do not dilute or mix with other products.
- Shake the can well before use.
- The support must be perfectly sound, clean and dry. To remove traces of rust use GTC® or sanding.
- Spray and uniform with a squeegee or a roller.
Recommendation:
- Long-term storage = 2 layers. Apply in 2 cross layers.
- Very long term storage = 3 layers. Apply in 2 cross layers. Allow to dry (surface should be dry to the touch) then apply 3rd cross layer.
