Surface preparation :

1• Apply the product to freshly demoulded concrete more than 6 hours old and less than 48 hours old. The surface must be clean and free of dust. On concrete that has dried for more than 48 hours, cleaning must be carried out.
Application :
Product preparation
• The entire dose of component A must be mixed
with the entire dose of component B. Don’t modify ratio A/B.
• Homogenise part A using an electric mixer for 2 minutes.
• Add part B into part A and mix again for 2 minutes.
• Add 500 ml of clear water to the A+B mixture and stir for 1 minute.
• The mixture prepared can be used for 45 minutes
+/- 15 minutes at an ambient temperature of 20°C.
Application
• Apply Primer Guard Express in an even layer.
• Allow to dry for a minimum of 6 hours and a
maximum of 24 hours, then apply ProtectGuard Color stain as recommended in the product data sheet.
