Primer Guard – Clear Concrete Primer for Walls, Floors – Prepares Before Protection, Improves Coating Hold, Invisible Finish

Adhesion primer for ProtectGuard Color Anti Graffiti and Anti Graffiti Guard for all types of concretes. Prepares concrete before applying protection. Helps coatings stay in place while keeping the original appearance unchanged.

Primer Guard^® is a product designed to be used as a primer before application of any two-component products from the Guard Industry range: ProtectGuard Color^® AntiGraffiti or AntiGraffiti Guard^®.

Primer Guard facilitates adherence due to its capacity to adhere strongly to the material. It therefore guarantees perfect adherence of two-component products. Primer Guard is a non-film forming impregnation product, the material remains permeable to air and water vapour.

Once applied, it remains completely invisible and preserves the original look, while preparing it for further treatment.

Surface preparation :

Apply the product to a clean, dust-free, grease-free and dry surface.

To remove traces of efflorescence, laitance or grout film, use Guard Cleaner® Surface Preparation.

To remove grease stains, use Guard Cleaner® Maintenance.

Rinse carefully until the surface is free of any trace of cleaner.

Application :

Use the product in its pure form: do not dilute it.
Shake the packaging well before use and carry out a preliminary test.
Apply from bottom to top.
It is essential that Primer Guard^® has an adhesive effect when finger is pressed down on it. If it does not, apply a new layer.
Primer Guard^® must remain dust-free for the first 3 hours after application.
Apply the two-component product from 4 hours to 48 hours following application of Primer Guard^®
