This breathable water repellent sealer protects stone, concrete and other absorbent materials from rain and moisture.
It penetrates into the material and creates invisible protection that blocks water while still allowing air to pass through. This helps prevent damage caused by moisture such as cracks, stains, erosion and damage from freezing and thawing.
After application, the product remains completely invisible. It does not change the colour or appearance, making it ideal when you want to protect a material without altering its look.
It is designed for outdoor use on walls, façades and roofs. It can be used on stone, concrete, brick, cement, terracotta and similar materials commonly found around houses and buildings.
By limiting water absorption, it also helps reduce the growth of moss, algae and dirt. Surfaces stay cleaner for longer and are easier to maintain.
Easy to apply, the product is ready to use and can be applied with a roller, brush or sprayer. It provides long-lasting protection for up to 5 years.

Surface preparation :

1Apply the product to a clean, dust-free, degreased and dry surface. To remove any black stains, pollution or soiling that invades the materials, use Guard Wash Express.
Application :
Stone must be impregnated up to saturation in one or two “wet-on-wet” layers.
Do not overload the substrate, remove any excess
after drying.
For vertical surfaces, apply from bottom to top.
Drying protected: 24 hours.
Maximum effect reached after 7 days.
