ImperGuard Express is a transparent waterproofing designed for fresh concrete, helping protect it from water and white stains from as early as 24 hours after demoulding.

It can be used on concrete facades, floors, roofs, precast panels and architectural elements. By limiting water penetration, it reduces the risk of white marks, dirt build-up and damage caused by rain, humidity or freeze–thaw cycles. Concrete stays cleaner and easier to maintain over time.

The product penetrates into the material without creating a surface film. This means concrete keeps its natural appearance and remains breathable, allowing moisture to escape without causing peeling or blistering. Once dry, the finish is completely invisible and will not yellow under UV exposure.

Ideal for both indoor and outdoor use, ImperGuard Express is particularly suited for precast concrete elements that need to be handled, stored or delivered quickly. It helps protect concrete earlier in the production process, saving time and reducing storage constraints.

Easy to apply, the product is ready to use and can be applied by roller, brush or spray on concrete that is at least 24 hours old, clean and free from dust or oil residues.

Surface preparation :

    Apply the product to concrete that has been freshly demoulded for more than 24 hours. The surface must be clean, free of dust, efflorescence and mould release oil residues.

    On concrete that has dried for more than 48 hours, cleaning must be carried out.
  • 3
    Rinse carefully with a pressure washer until the surface is free from all traces of the cleaner.
  • 4
    Allow to dry for at least 12 hours before applying the protection.

Application :

Use neat – do not dilute.
• Shake the product well before use
• Apply to saturation in two wet-on-wet coats.
• On vertical surfaces, apply from the bottom up;

Do not overload the surface, remove anyexcess before drying.
• Protected drying and palletisation time under
film: 24 hours.
• Optimum effectiveness obtained after 7 days

Do not apply to concrete with very low porosity, polished, glazed, organic, metallic or waterproofing materials.
