Guard Cleaner® Maintenance is a higly concentrated product designed for the cleaning of concretes without affecting existing protection from the ProtectGuard® or ProtectGuard® Color ranges.

It quickly eliminates stubborn stains such as oil marks, grease, tyre marks and general dirt, helping restore a clean and fresh appearance. Unlike aggressive cleaners, it works without damaging the protective layer already in place. Guard Cleaner Maintenance helps keeping the brand new appearance of the concrete and makes it easier to maintain.

It can also be used to remove heavy grease or construction-related oils when needed. For deeper preparation before applying a new protection, it can be used with Guard Cleaner Surface Preparation to achieve a perfect concrete preparation before application of a protection product.

In contrast to commonly-used corrosive or irritant products, Guard Cleaner Maintenance consists of easily biodegradable and effective molecules.

Surface preparation :

  • 1
    Concentrated product: dilute 1 volume of product with 10 volumes of water.

Application :

  • Shake the product well before use and apply neat.
  • Always test on a small hidden portion of the substrate before applying.
  • To increase the efficiency, first wet the surface with water.
  • Apply the product liberally to the surface.
  • Allow it to act 15 to 30 minutes.
  • Do not allow the product to dry prior to rinsing.
  • Rinse the entire substrate with a high pressure washer once the material deposits have softened.
  • No neutralisation required.
