ImperGuard® Ultra 4 in 1 is highly powerful water-repellent resistant to water, fungi, grease, stains and with mineralisation effect reinforcing the stone against ingress.
- Action 1: Water-repellent, protects porous materials from rainwater penetration and also suppresses the harmful effects of ingress, acid rain, erosion, freeze/thaw cycle.
- Action 2: Anti-green deposits, it limits the formation of mosses, lichens and fungi.
- Action 3: Anti-stain, sustainably inhibit the penetration of all types of soiling, even greases. Easy to maintain the substrate.
- Action 4: Remineralisation effect, reinforcing the masonry against ingress.
ImperGuard® Ultra 4 in 1 is a non-film forming impregnation product, the material remains permeable to air and water vapour. Completely clear after application, it does not change the nature of the treated material (no risk of bleaching). It is also fully resistant to UV rays and does not yellow over time.

Surface preparation :

1Apply the product to a clean, dust-free, grease-free and dry surface.

2To remove stains and traces of pollution, use Guard Wash® or Guard Wash® Express.

3To remove grease stains, use Net'Guard® Ultra 4 in 1.

4To remove traces of efflorescence, laitance or grout film, use Guard Remover® Eco Efflorescence & Cement.

5To eliminate green deposits, lichens and fungi, use Guard Anti-M® 24.

6Rinse carefully until the surface is free of any trace of cleaner.
Application :
- Use the product in its pure form: do not dilute it.
- Shake the packaging well before use and perform a preliminary test to check that the product has correctly penetrated and the appearance after drying.
- The material must be impregnated up to saturation in a two coats to four coats “wet on wet” depending on the porosity.
- Always apply from bottom to top.
- Do not overload the material, remove any excess before drying. Risk of white marks.
- Protected drying: 24 hours.
- Optimum efficiency reached after 7 days.
