Surface mineraliser and hardener

Mineralises, hardens and consolidates by stopping humidity problems, capillary rise and crumbling.

• Mineralisant Guard ensures excellent consolidation of crumbling substrates deteriorated by water penetration, acid rain or pollution. Mineralisant Guard also solves problems caused by capillary rise and enables the treatment of saltpetre.
• Because the product is colourless and non-film forming, it does not alter the aesthetics or the colour of the surface, and allows the substrate to breathe on drying. Mineralisant Guard is a very dense product. It uses water as a vehicle to certainly crystallise and harden, mineralise and subsequently repel water from the substrate.

Mineralisant Guard is able to treat facades, walls, tankings, basements, screeds…

• It is applied by spraying until saturation or by injection into materials such as: cement, concrete, natural stone, brick, plaster, render and all humid or crumbly mineral substrates.
• On concrete screed, Mineralisant Guard can be used as an anti-acid treatment. It prevents attack from many types of acids (hydrochloric, organic, lactic, sulphuric…), and is ideal for industrial floors (factories, farms, kitchens…).
