PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Hydrophobic BridgeGuard® is the ultimate protection for every porous building material especially on bridges and highways. This one product delivers water and oil repellent protection for walls, floors and roofing. Hydrophobic BridgeGuard® may be used indoors or outside on all porous materials such as natural stone, concrete, terracotta, cement and self-locking paving.

Hydrophobic BridgeGuard® is an environmentally friendly water-borne product, (non-toxic, solvent and silicone-free) designed to protect all porous materials against water and oil penetration, all kinds of staining as well as graffiti.

Hydrophobic BridgeGuard® is a non film-forming impregnation product that leaves the treated surface permeable to air and water vapour.

Hydrophobic BridgeGuard® is completely colourless after application and does not change the appearance or the composition of the treated surface. It is also UV-resistant and does not discolor with age.

A surface treated with Hydrophobic BridgeGuard® will benefit from an increased life-span and will be easier to maintain. This product also helps tackle the deterioration caused by atmospheric pollution, grease-type staining, penetration of liquids and graffiti.

COVERAGE PER LITRE

Coverage depends on the porosity of the material. The figures below are approximate and should be used only as a general guideline:

Porous Terracotta	7.00 m²
Self-locking Paving	6.00 m²
Architectonic Concrete	5.00 m²
Cement Render	3.30 m²
Plaster and lime mortar	2.50 m²
Limestone	2.00 m²
Tuffeau	1.30 m²
St Vaast Stone	0.60 m²

USAGE

Shake the container well before use
Ensure the surface to be treated is clean, dust-free and dry before applying the product
Use directly from the container ; do not dilute
Apply using a low-pressure sprayer, roller or brush
The treated surface should be impregnated to saturation point, either in one application or in two applications ‘wet-on-wet’
On vertical surfaces, apply from the bottom up
Drying time: 24 hours
For the best results: wait 5 to 7 days
