PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
WOODGUARD is the leading product offering complete protection for rough timber and renovated wood. It offers an all-in treatment – water repellent, oil repellent, anti-soiling and anti-dirt suitable for all types of rough timber except painted, varnished or preservative-treated wood.
WOODGUARD may be used freely indoors and outside on any wood surface that you wish to preserve in its natural state (teak, pine, exotic woods, oak…).
WOODGUARD is an environmentally-friendly, fully water-borne product, (non toxic, solvent and silicone-free) designed to protect all rough timber against water and oil penetration, dirt of all kinds and graffiti.
WOODGUARD is a non-film-forming wood impregnation product, the treated surface remaining permeable to both air and water vapor.
WOODGUARD is completely colorless after application, it changes neither the look nor the composition of the treated surface. It is fully UV-resistant and does not discolor with age.
A wood surface treated with WOODGUARD helps offset ageing, makes maintenance easier and offers a way of tackling the main causes of deterioration in wood, such as atmospheric pollution, grease-based dirt and the penetration of liquids.

COVERAGE PER LITRE
Coverage depends on the porosity of the material. The figures below are approximate and should be used only as a general guideline:
5 - 8 m² / litre
USAGE
- Shake the container well before use
- Ensure the surface to be treated is clean, dust-free and dry before applying the product
- Use neat, do not dilute
- Apply using a low-pressure sprayer, roller or brush
- The treated surface should be impregnated to saturation point, either in one application or in two applications ‘wet-on-wet’
- On vertical surfaces, apply from the bottom up
- Drying time: 24 hours
- For the optimum performance: wait 5 to 7 days
