High performance water repellent and stain repellent for porous stone subject to high humidity conditions

ImperGuard XP is an innovative water and stain repellent especially designed for the protection of porous substrates exposed to high humidity.

A high performance and new generation water-repellent, surfaces can resist water immersion for 48 hours (test process JC/T902-2002 & JC/T973-2005). This excllent resistance to humidity enables protection of substrates against penetration of rain and the adverse effects caused by humidity: seepage, acid rain, erosion, freeze-thaw cycle, moss and lichens, efflorescence, etc.

ImperGuard XP delivers anti-stain properties that sustainably limit the penetration of all types of soiling, including greasy stains. Its excellent resistance to abrasion and UV enables treated surfaces to preserve their new appearance much longer, while yellowing over time.
ImperGuard XP is a water based ecological, non-toxic and solvent-free product. It is totally invisible after drying and does not alter the appearance or nature of a treated surface.

Easy to apply:

ImperGuard XP is easy and fast to apply. It can be applied vertically and horizontally, indoors and outdoors on all substrates such as natural and synthetic stones, concrete, terracotta, interlocking pavements, etc.

Ideal to protect the following structures against water and humidity:

roofs, terraces, swimming pool decks, tiling joints, etc.
