PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
DECAP'FAÇADES GUARD is a product specially designed for building façade cleaning: painted, stone, concrete, resin bases finished and tiled facings that have been heavily soiled by atmospheric pollution.
Its wetting and penetrating action is perfect for removing combustion residues and emulsifying dirt which can then be removed by rinsing.
Product application guidelines: You should vary dilution rates (up to 1:10 with water) and the length of time you leave the product to act according to the nature and extent of soiling as well as the type and porosity of the treated surface.

USAGE
This product is specially designed to remove ingrained dirt from building facades heavily soiled by atmospheric pollution and other kinds of dirt.
- It is strongly advised to carry out preliminary tests on a small area first
- May be used neat or at a dilution rate of up to 1:10 with water depending on the extent of soiling
- Saturate the surface to be treated with water
- Using a brush or roller, apply the product liberally over the surface being treated
- Depending on the level of soiling, allow from a few minutes to a few hours for the product to act
- Rinse the surface using either a cold water pressure washer, or for extra effectiveness, a hot water washer
- To render the treated surface pH neutral, apply Decap’Sols Plus Guard then rinse liberally again with water
