PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
PROTECTGUARD Special 'Fresh Concrete' formula is designed to protect highly alkaline, porous materials such as concrete, whitewash and certain renders.
PROTECTGUARD Special 'Fresh Concrete' formula is a water and oil repellent product formulated to protect fresh concrete (less than 28 days old) against soiling and dirt of all kinds, including graffiti.
Applying PROTECTGUARD Special 'Fresh Concrete' formula helps you reduce and even completely eliminate the appearance of surface efflorescence.

Thanks to its water-borne composition, PROTECTGUARD Special 'Fresh Concrete' formula can be applied 24 hours after concrete has been laid down on the site or in the case of pre-cast concrete, immediately after de-molding.
PROTECTGUARD Special 'Fresh Concrete' formula is an environmentally-friendly, completely water-borne product, (non toxic, solvent and silicone-free) designed to protect all porous materials against water and oil penetration and all kinds of staining and graffiti.
PROTECTGUARD Special 'Fresh Concrete' formula is a non film-forming impregnation treatment that leaves the treated surface permeable to air and water vapour.
PROTECTGUARD Special 'Fresh Concrete' formula is completely colourless after application. It changes neither the appearance nor the composition of the treated material. It is also UV-resistant and does not discolour over time.
Surfaces treated with PROTECTGUARD Special 'Fresh Concrete' formula will deteriorate less quickly over time and be easier to care for. The main causes of deterioration such as atmospheric pollution, grease-type dirt, penetration by liquids and graffiti are also dealt with using this product.

COVERAGE PER LITRE
Coverage depends on the porosity of the material. The figures below are approximate and should be used only as a general guideline:
5 - 8 m² / litre
USAGE
- Shake the container well before use
- Ensure the surface to be treated is clean, dust-free and dry before applying the product
- Use neat, do not dilute
- Apply using a low-pressure sprayer, by spray tube, a roller or a brush
- The treated surface should be impregnated to saturation point, either in one application or in two applications‘wet-on-wet’
- On vertical surfaces, apply from the bottom up
- Drying time: 24 hours
- For the best results: wait 5 to 7 days
