Water repellent for porous stone

ImperGuard is a water-repellent designed for the protection of porous substrates against humidity.

• ImperGuard is a non-film forming penetration product that limits the ingress of rain into walls, while yet allowing substrates to breathe (they remain permeable to air and water vapour).
• ImperGuard penetrates deep into a material's pores in order to make them waterproof, and thus eliminate the negative effects caused by humidity: seepage, acid rain, erosion, freeze-thaw cycle, moss and lichens, efflorescence, etc.
• This product is ecological and water-based. It thus does not alter the treated substrate's appearance or nature. It is also UV-resistant and does not turn yellow over time.
• The ImperGuard formula enables the product to penetrate substrates at least as deeply as solvent-based products.
• ImperGuard prevents the negative effects of humidity and degradation caused by frost. It delays the aging of materials and limits the formation of saltpetre, efflorescence, moss and lichens.
• The ImperGuard treatment's effectiveness has been tested by the CSTC (Scientific and Technical Centre for Construction). Report # HD340/133-155.
