Universal products
Products developed by Guard Industrie can be applied to walls, floors, roofing and more generally to all highly porous and low porosity building materials: wood, natural stone, concrete, granite, marble, brick and more. Due the vast array of materials available in the industry, our products have all been formulated to be suitable for each type of surface.

Guard Industrie is committed to high performance products. To this end, Guard Industrie works with a highly innovative fluoride based technology. This technology is highly efficient concerning properties of waterproofing, stain resistance and graffiti repellency. Many products have been tested by international research centres which have proven the waterproofing and stain repellency properties. Our products have an exceptionally long life cycle, around three times longer than other market products. Our know-how allows us for example to provide a 10 year performance warranty on our ProtectGuard® range.

Most products are ready to use and are effective very soon after application. Furthermore, applying products is quick and easy because they can be applied with simple tools such as roller, brush and low pressure hand-held sprayer.

Competitor products are often formulated with solvents or chemical products which can be aggressive or hazardous to the people using them. Guard Industrie products are water based, with no solvent and simple to apply, safe and require no special precautions.

Our products respect the underlying material
Guard Industrie products do not modify the aesthetics or nature of the treated material. Our products are UV stable and do not yellow. They are not film-forming, and allow the substrate to breathe and for air to permeate the material. Our products are suitable for use on: new buildings, renovation projects and even for historical monuments, as the CEBTP report from the masonry and historical monuments service, has proven.
